  What Is A Reasonable Performance?

􀁺 If you were a professional and had a full day to prospect and sell

􀁺 How many people could you interest in a presentation on Barden homes every day?

􀁺 How many would you close?

What could you make?

Consider an average sale of $130,000 with a 20% commission

Average commission $26,000

Straight commission as high as 50% or salary and benefits

10% override for sales people you recruit anywhere in the North East.

4% override for sales people your recruits sign up.

􀁺 $30.00 per presentation salary

􀁺 Health benefits, vacation & pension plan

􀁺 Car or car allowance

􀁺 Commission 5% to 10%

􀁺 Minimums (notice these are watered down)

What Could A Good Salesperson Produce?
