• Providing constant Leadership for all team members.

• Working with RMDs and up within team to guide them toward next promotion level.

• Insuring compliance among team member with all applicable state and federal

o Attend any mandatory compliance training sessions

o Insure all new employees have knowledge of all compliance bulletins

o Report all employee related infractions to Human Resources

• Continuing to provide motivation and direction toward sources of motivation.

• Insuring all new associates complete mandatory training sessions (live or webcast).

• Directing or guiding three training sales for each new associate.

• Personally Conducting Business Opportunity Presentations on a weekly basis.

• Attending all major company events each year.

• Subscribe to the Business Builder Website

• Maintaining constant personal communication with all team members, utilizing:

o Email

o Electronic Messaging Services

o Phone

• Maintain personal computer and Internet Connection

• Subscribe to Business Builder Package

• Maintaining an approved, permanent office location

o If required, office must be properly licensed) in the state in which you reside.

• Organizing and holding a minimum of two Leadership Format Schools per year

• Insuring management of pipeline utilizing company’s web based tools.

• Organizing a Year-end team event
